We want you to love your River & Ridge purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Items must have original tags attached.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Non-returnable items:
- Sale or clearance items
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
Please contact us at riverandridge501@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide instructions for returning your item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to process the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and your order information. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
