Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Pre-Orders
Pre-order items will ship according to the estimated shipping date provided on the product listing. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may ship together when the pre-order item is available.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Delays
River & Ridge is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your order. River & Ridge is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
